Qualifications:
+ 2–3+ years of receptionist/front desk experience, including substantial use of Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and especially Outlook.
+ Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders professionally.
+ Accurate data entry skills and experience with order entry or order processing.
+ Ability to handle purchase orders (POs) or similar transactional documents.
+ Solid communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
