Responsibilities
+ Welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
+ Answer and route incoming phone calls
+ Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
+ Schedule meetings and assist with conference room coordination
+ Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and data entry
+ Maintain office supplies and assist with administrative requests
+ Support overall office operations as needed
