We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations . This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience, handling communications efficiently, and keeping administrative activities organized. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and maintain a welcoming and detail-oriented front-office presence.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, routing inquiries, and taking accurate messages when needed.
• Coordinate calendars and arrange appointments to help maintain smooth daily scheduling for the office.
• Prepare, update, and enter information into internal records with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
