Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage phone calls and attend to client inquiries
- Call, schedule and remind customers to confirm their appointment
- Introduce promotional offers
- Provide administrative, co-ordination and any other relevant support to the marketing team
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by supporting the campaigns and promotions on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google
- Provide good customer service
Requirements - 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday: 11AM to 8PM, Saturday: 10AM to 2PM)
- Basic PC skills required
- Sales and/or Customer Service background would be an added advantage
- Friendly and warm personality
- Able to start work within short notice / immediately preferred
- No experience required
