Position Overview
Monthly Salary: Up to S$3.4k (Negotiable) Location: Alexandara/Telok Blangah/Holland Village
Key Responsibilities: Provide front-desk support, including welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries or feedback via phone, email, and other communication channels. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience. Manage and maintain office supplies, including dental products, stationery, equipment, and furniture. Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations and liaise with vendors or relevant departments to resolve issues. Process and submit dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals. Perform general administrative duties such as maintaining patient records, completing clinic forms, and filing reports in a timely manner.
Requirements: Prior experience in customer service or receptionist duties preferred. Candidates with front desk experience in the hotel or hospitality industry are highly preferred. Minimum Diploma qualific...
