Position Overview
Looking for a friendly and organised individual to support the school's front desk and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone calls and front desk enquiries
- Attend to students, parents, visitors and goods delivery
- Assist in managing the sick bay and provide basic first aid to students
- Attend to students leaving school early
- Handle lost and found items and money
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, laminating and mail sorting
- Prepare and distribute brochures, forms and information booklets
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and sick bay
- Assist in packing and relocation preparations for school move
- Perform any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Good customer service and front desk management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
