Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception counter at General Office
- Handle phone calls, enquiries, and walk-in visitors (students, parents, suppliers)
- Maintain records, filing systems, and inventory
- Manage lost & found items and incoming deliveries
- Oversee sickbay: attend to students, maintain records, basic first aid, arrange early dismissal
- Support student-related activities (photos, NRIC applications, health & dental checks, surveys)
- Assist teachers with logistics (packing materials, coordinating deliveries)
- Perform basic secretarial duties (appointments, meetings, contacting parents)
- Maintain cleanliness of office areas, leaders' rooms, and pantry
- Carry out other administrative duties as assigned
