Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Handle front desk reception duties and attend to walk-in visitors
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails, courier arrangements, and general enquiries
- Maintain office cleanliness, meeting room arrangement, and pantry supplies
- Support daily administrative and coordination duties
- Assist Finance Department with data entry and accounting documentation
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Perform filing, document checking, and record maintenance
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments when required
- Support ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
