Description
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, answer and direct calls, greet guests, coordinate schedules and provide general administrative support to help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
+ Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
+ Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls.
+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
