ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


+ Ensure all person’s entering and exiting the facility have authorization to do so.

+ Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.

+ Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems.

+ Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software, as requested
