Park Lane Surgery is looking to recruit and organised, friendly and proactive receptionist to join our team, for a years contract to cover maternity leave, on a part time basis of 21.5 hours a week, although some flexibility will be required to cover holidays.

The ideal candidate would have good communication, be compassionate and be able to undertake a range of duties to support the team.

Main duties of the job

Duties to include, but not limited to

• Uphold confidentiality.
• Supporting patients to access the right care at the right time by signposting.
• Making appointments via the telephone and face to face.
• Dealing with queries and requests for information from patients and clinicians.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Process messages.
