Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage front-desk operations while supporting business development activities through lead generation and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities - Handle reception, incoming calls, emails, and visitor management
- Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential clients
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
Requirement - 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, telesales, or sales support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
