Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and switchboard callers, delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries.Manage visitor booking systems, conference room coordination, and maintain accurate visitor records.Ensure reception area security and operate access control systems.Handle iing and outgoing mail, including franking and bulk mail-outs
