Position Overview

Kelly Services is hiring a **_Receptionist / Administrative Support_** professional for one of our clients in Simcoe, Ontario. This temporary **3-month assignment** is ideal for someone with previous administrative and customer service experience who enjoys working in a busy office environment and providing excellent support to both clients and staff.

**Responsibilities:**


+ Greet clients and visitors at reception and direct them as needed
+ Verify and update client information, including health card details, within the database
+ Notify staff when clients arrive for appointments
+ Schedule follow-up appointments for designated clinicians
+ Answer incoming calls, provide basic information, confirm appointment details, and transfer calls
