Description We are looking for an experienced Receptionist 4 to support daily front desk and administrative operations in Sunnyvale, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings relevant experience, strong organizational ability, and a customer-focused approach to every interaction. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, assist with office coordination, and help keep administrative processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests in a courteous manner, respond to inquiries, and guide visitors to the appropriate person or meeting space.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, including courier shipments and package distribution.
• Maintain accurate visitor records, manage badge or pass issuance, and support front desk security procedures.
