Job Description
- Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
- Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software (e.g., EXACT or D4W) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
