Position Overview

  GP Reception Supervisor  
  Location : Islington, North London
  Type of role:  Permanent 
 S hift patterns are as followed:  There are two shifts, one between 08:00 to 16:00 and the other from 11:00 to 19:00. You must be able to work both shifts. 
  Pay Rate:  £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on skill and experience 
  GP Practice experience : Yes 
  Emis Web Experience : Yes 
  Docman and AccuRX Experience:  Desirable 
  Smart Card holder:  Desirable
  Duties include:  
 Supervising a mix of 5 part time and full time receptionists 
 Providing reception and administration support within a Health Centre 
 Dealing with the rotas for the non clinical members of staff 
 Using Emis Web to make and confirm patient appointments
 Registering patients on Emis Web
