**What You Will Do** **:**

The Realty Specialist serves as a senior technical authority on real property acquisition, leasing, and portfolio management for the Department of State (DoS). The incumbent will provide expert guidance, analytical support, and policy development for complex real estate actions, including military property transfers, prospectus-level leases, and real property development projects. Additionally, they will work directly with the Division Chief and Office Director to support both immediate and long-range space planning requirements, ensuring alignment with Department mission needs and federal real property regulations.
