Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
• Conduct market research to determine property values and provide clients with accurate information
• Guide clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the local market
• Negotiate contracts and handle all paperwork associated with real estate transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
