Position summary: Responsible for acquiring real estate for infrastructure projects.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities


+ Review and understand title research/reports

+ Prepare complex land acquisition forms

+ Understand current market value of subject land including appraisals

+ Conduct very complex negotiations with landowners to secure properties through purchase, donation, or condemnation
