Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets, onboard clients, and cross sell home insurance loan.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through alliance tie-ups such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers & lawyers.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.
- Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.
Requirements
- 1 year of mortgage sales experience or real estate agent.
- Communication & Negotiation skills - Strong selling, negotiation skills, client relationship skills.
- We are also open to candidates with any sales experience.
