Position Overview
Cultivate and manage a robust network of potential clients through proactive outreach including cold calling and networking events to generate leads and build relationships. Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analyses to advise clients on pricing strategies, investment opportunities and the current real estate landscape.
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE
- Proven success in property sales or client acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Proficiency in English is required
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages is mandatory: Russian, German, French, Chinese, Hindi, or Urdu
Compensation - Direct Commission: 4% on direct sales
- Indirect Commission: 0.5% on indirect sales
