Position: Real Estate Sales Analyst (Work from home)

Work Set Up: Work from home

On‑site requirement: willing to report to Binondo, Manila. Remote work primary.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or open for undergraduates
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Experience in outbound sales and fieldwork is an advantage
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

• Hold weekly meetings to report on sales performance
• Support and negotiate with clients during property transactions
• Advertise and promote real estate listings to attract potential buyers
• Draft contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and other necessary documents
