Minimum Requirements Qualified Property Practitioner with a valid FFC. Strong knowledge of residential rentals and property management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Own reliable transport and valid driver's licence. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Professional and client-focused approach. Advantageous Existing rental portfolio and/or established client base. Experience in tenant sourcing, lease administration, and property inspections.
