As a Real Estate Recruitment Manager with RE/MAX Premier Dubai , you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and retaining high‑performing real estate agents for the company’s growing team.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai, UAE. The main focus of the role is to build a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals, identify experienced agents from the Dubai market, and support them throughout the recruitment, onboarding, and retention process.
