We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to recruit and build a strong network of Real Estate Agents.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting Real Estate Agents in the Dubai real estate market
- Strong network within the Dubai real estate industry
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and sourcing skills
- Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve recruitment goals
We Offer - Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 + attractive performance-based commission
