About the Role We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding high-performing real estate professionals, including property consultants, team leaders, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities - Source and attract qualified real estate agents through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
