Comprehensive understanding of the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) property laws, escrow account regulations, and transfer procedures.
Exceptional negotiation and client relationship skills, with absolute fluency in English. Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin is highly preferred for international investor portfolios.
Responsibilities:

Conduct professional site tours across premium communities like Yas Island and Saadiyat Island, expertly guiding clients through complex floor plans, payment schedules, and mortgage options.
