Position Overview
This position provides real estate related professional services, controls real estate assets and protects Church real estate interests. If you are detail-minded, capable of multi-tasking and serving with a professional team, please apply.
Identify, evaluate, acquire, dispose, manage, negotiate, lease, close, and otherwise conduct activities related to Church real estate interests. Manage projects and professional services providers (corporate services and other disciplines and support processes; prepare/review binding legal documents). Provide technical real estate advice and be a resource for customers. Analyse, prepare and deliver presentations for approvals. Project management report meetings and administrative duties.
