Responsibilities
- Maintain regular client contact through scheduled meetings and update calls.
- Promote projects through private meetings, public events, and industry forums.
- Handle enquiries and conclude sales through structured client qualification and advisory best practices.
- Meet and exceed sales target KPIs.
- Monitor market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Keep up to date with potential new projects and assist the Head of Prime Residential in identifying opportunities.
- Ensure property viewings and marketing suite visits are conducted professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in organising local and international events and promotional initiatives.
- Support project campaign planning and sales initiatives.
- Identify key connectors and referral partners to generate awareness and drive sales.
