Real Estate Paralegal Miami, FL Hybrid Established law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy real estate practice handling sophisticated commercial and residential transactions. This role will work closely with attorneys, clients, title companies, municipalities, and third-party vendors throughout all phases of real estate matters. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and organize real estate transaction documents including deeds, leases, purchase agreements, assignments, easements, and closing packages. Coordinate and manage commercial and residential real estate closings from contract through post-closing. Review title commitments, surveys, legal descriptions, and due diligence materials. Order and review UCC, judgment, bankruptcy, tax lien, and related searches. Track closing deliverables and ensure recording and compliance requirements are satisfied.
