We’re seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Real Estate Paralegal to support a growing commercial real estate portfolio. This hybrid role blends lease administration, legal document preparation, due diligence coordination, and asset management support . The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of commercial leases, service/vendor contracts, and real estate law; and enjoys working cross‑functionally with legal, property management, and asset management teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and smooth portfolio operations.

Key Responsibilitie

• Review, draft, and prepare commercial lease documents, amendments, assignments, and related legal agreements
• Maintain accurate lease files, abstract key terms, and track critical dates (renewals, expirations, options)
