We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential and/or commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and closing deals efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leasing inquiries for residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise landlords and tenants on market trends, pricing, and availability
• Negotiate lease terms and close deals in line with company targets
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal departments
• Maintain accurate records on CRM and follow up on leads
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company policies
