The **Real Estate Investments Director, Europe,** is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of real estate investment initiatives across the region. This role oversees portfolio growth, investment management, deal negotiation, and client engagement.

The position requires coordination with equity partners, feasibility analysis, due diligence, acquisition and development, and project oversight for all real estate transactions. The incumbent will communicate with and influence the QTS Executive Team and Board regarding real estate decisions.
