Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Commercial Insurance Associate to oversee and manage insurance compliance requirements for commercial tenants across a diverse property portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring tenants maintain required insurance coverage, monitoring policy compliance, and collaborating with property management, legal teams, brokers, and tenants to minimize risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Review and track tenant insurance certificates and policy documentation

Ensure compliance with lease insurance requirements and company standards

Communicate directly with tenants, insurance brokers, and property managers regarding deficiencies and renewals

Maintain accurate, detailed and complete records
