Full-Time Real Estate Inside Sales Associate (Seller Leads)
We are a real estate team in Arkansas that generates a steady flow of homeowner and seller leads. We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate (ISA) who can spend 40 hours per week speaking with homeowners, identifying motivated sellers, and setting qualified appointments for our listing agents.
This is a phone-intensive role. Most of your day will be spent making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, following up with existing leads, and updating our CRM.
