THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager/Manager, Real Estate Development Operations, you will lead the team to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.Manage the pipeline of current and upcoming Real Estate Development projects, ensuring divisional readiness.Ensure the most important projects are realized correctly and efficiently.Manage or be the business lead on divisional & cross-functional initiatives and programsIntegrate inputs, learnings, feedback, and infrastructure into and out of the division.Ensure division and department tools are in place to support the business needsConnect, integrate, and organize the Real Estate Development division.THE QUALIFICATIONS
