We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Capital Raising & Investor Outreach Associate to support investor, lender, and capital partner origination for an active real estate platform with a growing pipeline of acquisition, refinance, sale-leaseback, healthcare real estate, supportive housing, and value-add opportunities. US experience preferred  

This is a performance-oriented role suited for a strong communicator with experience in real estate, capital markets, investor relations, private lending, commercial brokerage, debt/equity placement, or high-ticket financial sales. The ideal candidate is confident identifying capital sources, opening new relationships, managing follow-up, organizing investor conversations, and helping move prospects from initial interest to committed capital.
