Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, source, and develop new leads for property sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant market insights.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth deal closures.
- Maintain and update client and property records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively.
- Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
- Follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships and generate referrals.
Qualifications
- At least one year of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in Abu Dhabi.
