Position Overview
Responsibilities - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers
- Provide market analyses and advice on pricing
- Coordinate with lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and local market trends
- Use CRM systems to manage leads and follow up with clients
Qualifications - Proven experience as a real estate agent or relevant sales role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
