Position Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

1、Sales Planning销售计划
According to the job requirements from superior, to achieve assigned reagent sales objectives and growth targets.按照上级经理的工作要求，达成指定的试剂销售目标和增长目标。
Identify key customers and key menus as the growth drivers.确定关键客户和关键菜单，形成增长推动力。
Provide customized assay panel to increase reagent sell thru.提供定制化的检测方案，以提高试剂的销售量。
Support and work closely with sales staff by providing reagent products when selling equipment or providing effective reagent solutions in new customer breakthrough and reagent bidding.支持并与区域销售紧密合作，在销售设备时提供试剂产品，或在新用户突破及试剂招标中提供有效的试剂临床组合方案。
2、Business Planning 业务规划
