About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Reagent Development Scientist I to join a collaborative team focused on developing, optimizing, and validating blood banking reagents within a medical device environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in formulation and characterization—including analytical and performance testing—while leveraging strong critical thinking skills to troubleshoot experiments and recommend next steps. You’ll partner closely with scientists and cross-functional teams, contributing to process scalability and supporting design transfer into manufacturing operations.
