**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across Ready Mix operations to ensure consistent, high‑performing concrete products.
+ Conduct routine field testing, mix evaluations, and jobsite inspections while troubleshooting quality issues with a solutions‑focused, collaborative approach.
