What You'll Be Doing


+ Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to job sites on schedule

+ Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance

+ Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers

+ Manage the loading, transport, and unloading of concrete according to specifications

+ Maintain a clean truck and complete required delivery documentation accurately


What Are We Looking For


+ Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with safe driving capability

+ Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and situational awareness

+ Ability to operate heavy equipment and adapt to changing job site conditions

+ Effective communication skills and customer-focused mindset

+ Dependability and ability to work independently or as part of a team
