The B2B Marketing team contributes to OpenAI’s broader mission of ensuring responsible and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence. We are responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and usage for OpenAI’s products and platform across SMB, enterprise, and developer audiences.

The SMB Sales team is responsible for helping businesses around the world understand, adopt, and succeed with OpenAI’s products. As OpenAI scales across regions, vendors, and sales motions, we are building the operating systems that ensure our frontline teams can execute with consistency, quality, and speed.

We partner closely with Sales Leadership, Vendor Management, Program Management, Revenue Operations, Product, and vendor leadership to design scalable commercial motions and ensure sellers are prepared to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
