Works Coordinator, Rail Business Unit - Bristol, Solihull or Exeter
A Property Works Coordinator is a central part of any company. They ensure the office operates smoothly by managing varied responsibilities that keep Operational Teams running. Property Works Coordinator perform several administrative functions and customer service-related tasks that assist the overall function of the Operational environment. They include, distributing reactive client KPI driven FM works orders, reporting and following up with various departments to ensure all stakeholders have the most relevant information. Property Works Coordinator will have excellent time management skills as they work in a highly KPI controlled environment. Organisation and adaptability are also important skills to have as they are necessary in the day-to-day organisation of the Operations Team.
