**Job Overview**

The Ruggedized Fiber Optic (RFO) hiring for R&D/PRODUCT DVL TECHNICIAN III (6-3-T). To supply the quick turn capabilities needed for prototypes and customer samples. To supply tooling designs in support of new products and processes to meet customer ramp up schedules. In summary, to create cost effective solutions for first NPI product builds and prepare those products for transfer to production.

This opening is for an experienced fiber optic technician. This person will be a key member of simultaneous R&D engineering teams and will be responsible for optical connector assembly, termination of various configurations of fiber optic cable assemblies, and testing of these cable assemblies.
