Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions​.  

The R&D Transversal capabilities Group Lead will be responsible for guiding, monitoring, and leading the Transversal Capabilities team. This team encompasses:

+ Dashboarding and reporting, Change management and workforce engagement ,User roles, access and system management
+ Non-asset project management ,E2E service provider engagement
+ Group lead will be responsible to create synergies and provide functional & operational direction to multiple transversal capabilities, while partnering with Global R&D Operations.
