• Compounding of seasonings samples (some cooking and working with meat & poultry ingredients may be required). Application of seasonings onto relevant base per Customer / Developer requests. Assist in preparing samples for research, shelf-life test, and other requirements.
• Prepare and dispatch samples to customers globally meeting specific customs requirements for each country. Working with existing systems to create the necessary documents and liaising with International Trade Compliance team.
• Maintain laboratory stock of raw materials including experimental raw materials, keeping stock levels at an appropriate level. Must ensure Raw Material and Product retains, in accordance with the Gold Standard Programme, are kept as required and are within shelf-life date requirements.
