As an R&D Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in developing new cable constructions and improving existing products. You will work closely with R&D, production, quality, and external partners to ensure innovative, compliant, and manufacturable cable solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
R&D and Product Development
Develop new cable constructions and continuously improve existing products
Define technical specifications for compounds and raw materials
Support the launch of new product lines from development through industrialisation
